School Library Rules
The school library is open to all bonafide students of the school. Students
visiting the library have to observe the following rules:
- Strict silence must be maintained in the library
- Students are not allowed to enter the library with their bags.
- Students are not allowed to bring their personal books or belongings to
the library except library notebook and pencil.
- The library has an open access system, and the students must help to
maintain the order and organization of the collection in different shelves.
- All the books that are issued need to be duly entered. No one is permitted
to take any book from the library without the permission of the librarian.
- Books will be issued to students to take home from class IV onwards only.
- Reference books are not for issue; these books can be read in the library
only
- Books will be issued/returned to the students only in their scheduled
library period.
- Students are not eligible for fresh issue, until the previous issued book is
returned.

All the books shall be issued for the 7 days only

If books are returned late without valid reason, the borrowing facility will
be withdrawn for a period of 4 weeks or more. Late fine of `5/- per day per
book shall be charged.

Books marked, disfigured or damaged while in the possession of the
students will have to be replaced by the borrower.

Any student found deliberately damaging or defacing a book may be
debarred from the library for the entire term or academic year.

Books must be returned 15 days prior to the beginning of examination;
else they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Students must take "NO DUES" from library before taking marksheets and
transfer certificate.
